No longer so DEL.ICIO.US!

As a fervent user of Delicious.com, I am a little disappointed that I won't be able to introduce this social bookmarking website to my students as a way to keep track and share URL addresses. I have just found out that Delicious is now part of the Yahoo! company and you are therefore required to have a yahoo! email/ID account in order to sign up. Since I don't want my students to have a Yahoo! ID on top of their mysbisd.com email, I will try to find another social bookmarking service with similar features. I found a whole list online but will wait to meet with Karen Justl tomorrow and see which one she recommends or which one is suggested by the district. Since my students spend so much time typing in erroneous URLs accidentally, I think that having social bookmarking accounts is a must and will be a definite time saver. [efm]
